Vorstellung Waldbesetzung Heibo
17.09, 16:00–17:30 (Europe/Berlin), Großer Saal
Language: Deutsch

"HEIBO" is the name of a forest occupation near Dresden. We want to stop the expansion of an open-cast gravel mine there, which would dry up the surrounding moors. So it's about stopping the gravel mining, combined with demands for climate justice, criticism of capitalism, and a turnaround in construction and mobility. Because the construction sector is one of the most CO2-intensive sectors of all.

Especially now we need your support! From October at the latest, the eviction, because clearing season begins. But even before that, we may have to carry out partial evictions. This means that we can use any kind of support now and in the future, no matter if it is cooking food, climbing plaftforms, building or carrying our ideas forward!

We will share with you our motives, our lived utopia and the upcoming challenges.
